Blooming Lakefront is a holiday home situated in a terraced house that forms part of a residential complex (which offers its guests a 4-person hot tub). The interior covers 50 m² and comprises a living area, two separate bedrooms and a bathroom. The outdoor area, consisting of a large 70 m² garden/terrace, also features a tiled and covered veranda, equipped with a table and chairs, which is sure to become the favourite dining spot on fine days. This is not only due to its truly impressive size and welcoming atmosphere, but also because the view it offers over Lake Iseo and the ring of mountains surrounding it is breathtaking. It is no coincidence that the giant bench at Fonteno, a popular destination for excursions and walks for those wishing to admire the lake from one of its most beautiful vantage points, is located not far from the house.

The view is, in fact, the same as that enjoyed from inside the house. First and foremost, through the large glass door leading from the garden into the living area, where you’ll find the kitchen, the dining table and a sofa (which converts into a bed to provide an additional fifth sleeping place). This room is fully equipped: the open-plan kitchen features – in addition to the sink, induction hob and electric oven – a fridge-freezer, a dishwasher and small appliances such as a microwave and coffee machine. In front of the sofa is one of the two smart TVs in the house. The second is in the master bedroom, which features a double bed and built-in wardrobes. The other two beds are provided by the bunk beds in the smaller bedroom.

The bathroom is spacious and fully equipped, offering a comfortable shower cubicle, as well as a washbasin, toilet and bidet. The washing machine is located in a separate utility room.
Bright, comfortable and modern, Blooming Lakefront, with its 5 beds in total, is therefore an ideal home for a family with children. It is also worth noting that the garden area is enclosed by a protective railing: it is easy to imagine it turning into a playground for the little ones whilst their parents sunbathe on the deckchairs provided with the apartment.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and heating throughout, and Wi-Fi is available.

The generously sized heated jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 4 people, is shared by guests throughout the residence and is available from May to September, from 09:00 to 23:00, with a quiet period in the early afternoon.

LA ZONA

Fonteno, located about 620m above sea level, is the highest town on what is known to the inhabitants of Lake Iseo as the Collina: a place made famous by the spectacular views of the lake and the 365 farmsteads scattered around, which become as many destinations for walks along well-trodden paths and mule tracks.
Of course, in addition to enjoying the attractions offered by the lake, which is only a little more than a ten-minute drive away, a considerable range of possible activities opens up here, among which hiking and cycling or mountain biking are in first place. A number of 16th-century churches can be admired in the area. For speleologists Fonteno is also known for the karst cavity known as Abisso Bueno Fonteno, which descends 500 meters and stretches for as much as 19 km and is among the top 20 caves by extension in Italy.
