The green, the blue

In Fonteno, overlooking the natural amphitheater that surrounds Lake Iseo, Oasi Azzurra is a terraced house located within a small complex: 70 m2 articulated on two floors connected by an internal staircase. It is equipped with 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a nice terrace, which increases in the summer season the available spaces.

Large and comfortable

Recently built, Oasi Azzurra is on two floors: on the ground floor are the living room with open kitchen and a bathroom with shower, while upstairs are the two bedrooms, both with double beds, and a second bathroom. The total capacity is 6 beds, if to those in the two rooms are added the places made from the sofa bed in the hall. The apartment has central heating and offers paddle fans: the elevation and location means that, especially at night, the house remains cool and breezy even in the summertime.
Outdoor spaces are the area in front of the entrance and especially the terrace at the back, which allows outdoor dining with a truly remarkable view of the lake.
Inside, the room presents in the same, extremely bright room the living area (with the sofa that can be converted into a double bed), the dining table and a wall-mounted kitchen equipped with everything, including of course gas stove, electric oven and a capacious refrigerator.
Also on the ground floor is the main bathroom with shower.
A staircase then connects this level to the upper floor with the two double bedrooms with sloping beamed ceilings and a powder room.
Oasi Azzurra has private garage parking and wi-fi internet connection.

LA ZONA

Fonteno, located about 620m above sea level, is the highest town on what is known to the inhabitants of Lake Iseo as the Collina: a place made famous by the spectacular views of the lake and the 365 farmsteads scattered around, which become as many destinations for walks along well-trodden paths and mule tracks.
Of course, in addition to enjoying the attractions offered by the lake, which is only a little more than a ten-minute drive away, a considerable range of possible activities opens up here, among which hiking and cycling or mountain biking are in first place. A number of 16th-century churches can be admired in the area. For speleologists Fonteno is also known for the karst cavity known as Abisso Bueno Fonteno, which descends 500 meters and stretches for as much as 19 km and is among the top 20 caves by extension in Italy.
