Modern, light-filled spaces

The Vittoria three-room apartment is located within a residential condominium consisting of a series of buildings nestled on the slope overlooking the lake, featuring a shared swimming pool available during the summer months. It spans 70 square meters and is divided into two levels, connected by an internal staircase. The entrance leads into the living area, flooded with light from the large French windows that open onto the private terrace. This light is warmed by the warm hues of the wood-beamed ceiling and the staircase, lending the entire space a warm, golden natural light, amplified by the elegant cream and sage wall colors. This is where daytime life is concentrated: the practical open-plan kitchen is located in the area facing the window, while the glass and metal dining table, modern like the rest of the home’s furnishings, sits in the center. On the right wall is the sofa, which can be converted into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests. On the other side is a comfortable wooden staircase with a handrail that leads to the sleeping area.

Also on this level is one of the apartment’s two bathrooms, the larger one, complete with a sink with mirror, shower, toilet, and bidet, and also housing the washing machine.

The home’s appliances are also excellent. The kitchen features a refrigerator and freezer, an electric oven, an induction hob, and a dishwasher, and is complemented by a range of small appliances that complete the kitchen: from a microwave and toaster to a kettle and an espresso pod machine. A smart TV on a low console completes the living area.

The tour of this floor concludes with the terrace. A generously sized terrace is fully equipped with outdoor furniture, including a second dining table and chairs, as well as armchairs and a coffee table. A retractable awning provides shade and protection from the sun without detracting from the breathtaking view that extends all around. This area is, in short, a significant extension of the apartment’s exterior, and it’s easy to imagine that much of the day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, is spent here during the spring and warmer months.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms and the second bathroom. This entire floor has a sloping roof (also made of wood and with exposed entablature), with a very high ridge to allow full use of the space. The bedrooms are adjacent: one has a large double bed facing a large window offering the same stunning view of the terrace, while the other has two single beds, one of which is a pull-out bed, and also has a window, albeit smaller. Both have built-in wardrobes and dressers. The en-suite bathroom on the second floor features wall-mounted fixtures: a sink with mirror, toilet, and bidet.

The entire apartment has independent heating. Wi-Fi is available. The house does not have a private garage, but electric bikes can be charged in the shared garage. The apartment is very close to the shared swimming pool, which features a solarium and is accessible to guests.

The condominium swimming pool is open from May 1st to October 15th, from h 08:00 to 13:30 and 15:30 to 23:00.
Only residents are allowed access, and the rules of hygiene and behavior set out in the condominium rules must be observed. The use of swimming caps is compulsory.
